Timothy Longstaff
Board Member
Timothy Longstaff is a Non-Executive Director of Aurizon, Ingham’s and Perenti Global, and Government business Snowy Hydro. He is also a member of the Takeovers Panel.
Tim spent the majority of his career in global investment banking leading mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and strategic transformation assignments. He also acted as a Senior Advisor to a Federal Cabinet Minister. Tim has a Bachelor of Economics, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Graduate of the AICD and a Senior Fellow of FINSIA.
Tim joined the Board in January 2022 and is Chair of the Risk Committee and Member of the Audit Committee.
