Jessica Gong

Jessica Gong is a Scientia PhD candidate at the George Institute for Global Health. Her doctoral research focuses on understanding the sex and gender differences in dementia and cognitive decline.

Jessica completed her MSc in Public Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She then gained research experience in public health and epidemiology from Karolinska Institute, World Health Organization and the University of Melbourne, focusing on mental health, neurological diseases and gender health. Before embarking a research career in population health, she studied neuroscience and was involved in a neuroscience project at the Columbia University.
