Professor Michael Kidd AO

Professor Michael Kidd AO is a clinician researcher in primary care, public health and global health with interests in digital health, mental health, ageing and infectious diseases. He is inaugural Director of the Centre for Future Health Systems at UNSW Sydney and Professor of Global Primary Care and Future Health Systems at the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences at the University of Oxford. He served as deputy chief medical officer and principal medical advisor to the Australian government during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Michael is Non-Executive Director of Telstra Health and Therapeutic Guidelines and is Chair of the Therapeutic Guidelines Foundation. 

Michael joined as Board in December 2023.
