Jade is a Policy and Advocacy Advisor for the Impact and Engagement team at the George Institute for Global Health where she supports the Institute’s advocacy and policy engagement activities in Australia and the Pacific region to help increase the impact of the institute’s health and medical research. Her main scope of I&E activity includes Indigenous health, preventive health, primary care, injury, better treatments for non-communicable diseases and others.

Jade comes from a public health background and has worked in the sector for the past decade working in program management of national health programs, as a consultant conducting evaluations of programs and providing recommendations to Dept of Health and most recently in health planning and evaluation for the Northern Territory government, focusing on primary health care and preventative health in remote communities across the NT. Jade has a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree in International Public Health.
