Tracey Ma is a Scientia PhD scholar at the University of New South Wales. Currently, her research is linked to the Ironbark Trial. Her broader research interests are in systems/policy approaches to injury prevention, rehabilitation, and care.

In the past, she has worked in health system response and health care policy in European and Canadian contexts, and most recently, was a Research Lead at a Canadian provincial government body, where she designed and implemented research studies to evaluate the effectiveness of policy interventions that aim to prevent traffic collisions and the resulting injury, disability, and death. She has been designated as a Credentialed Evaluator by the Canadian Evaluation Society. 

Tracey joined the The George Institute in July 2018.
