About the role
The George has ambitious philanthropic goals and will soon embark on its inaugural fundraising campaign to address global health inequality. To achieve this goal, we need to build a team of exceptional fundraising professionals and a community of donors who want to partner with us to tackle these challenges together.
Reporting directly to the Development Director, Australia, the Development Manager, Trusts and Foundations will generate philanthropic income from Trusts and Foundations. You will develop engagement strategies to deepen their involvement and grow their philanthropic support of The George. You will develop strategies to understand their passions, look for opportunities to engage them with our work and develop compelling written proposals that align with their interests. You will be skilled in strategic relationship management, enjoy developing ideas and strategies to maximise our philanthropic potential and be able develop a clear plan to achieve your targets. Finally, you will share our passion to help us improve the lives of millions of people worldwide.
